Antoon successfully led the complete redevelopment of the exterior landscape for landscape development project associated with the newly renovated L33 Engineering firm headquarters, transforming it into a modern, sustainable, and functional outdoor environment.

The project enhanced the property’s visual appeal, improved environmental sustainability, and created a welcoming space for employees and visitors. The scope included the installation of drought-resistant vegetation, durable concrete hardscaping, and a thoughtfully designed employee socializing area, resulting in a visually striking and eco-friendly outdoor setting.

Scope of Work:

1. Drought-Resistant Landscaping for Sustainability:
• Selection and installation of native and drought-tolerant plants to reduce water consumption while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing landscape.
• Incorporation of xeriscaping principles, including efficient irrigation systems and permeable ground coverings to minimize water runoff.
• Use of decorative gravel, mulch, and strategically placed greenery to create a low-maintenance yet visually engaging environment.

2. Durable Concrete Hardscaping for Functionality & Longevity:
• Installation of custom-designed concrete walkways, plazas, and pathways to enhance accessibility and durability.
• Integration of textured and decorative concrete finishes for aesthetic appeal while maintaining skid-resistant surfaces for safety.
• Placement of defined entry points, seating areas, and pedestrian-friendly zones to enhance usability.

3. Employee Socializing & Gathering Spaces:
• Creation of an inviting outdoor break area with seating, shade structures, and integrated green spaces.
• Inclusion of functional elements such as picnic tables, lounge seating, and potential fire pits or outdoor heaters for year-round use.
